Initial Consultation
Your first chiropractic assessment is an extended visit so we can discuss your health needs, concerns and goals. This visit is also about seeing how your nervous system is functioning, so a comprehensive physical, orthopaedic and neurological examination will be performed. Referral for imaging scans or to another practitioner may be given. A chiropractic adjustment is usually included in this visit.

Standard Consultation
On the second visit we will discuss your clinical diagnosis, individual treatment plan, and continue with chiropractic care.
As we continue with your chiropractic care, we may add exercises, nutrition advice, or referrals to other health professionals. I work within a wonderful community of health professionals including nutritionists, massage therapists, IBCLCs, private midwives, acupuncturists, and chiropractors who use different techniques to me.
In every appointment we can discuss your care and questions you have about your health.
